Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

You keep ownership of your photos and of the finished tours. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use those images commercially, and you grant TourCast a limited licence to process and store them solely to produce and deliver your tours.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews at the listed price on a monthly cycle until you cancel. Monthly tour credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Pay-per-listing purchases are one-off and grant a single tour credit.

Cancel any time from your dashboard. You keep access and remaining credits until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for refunds.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, misrepresent a property, upload images of people without consent, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

TourCast is provided as-is. We aim for fast, accurate renders but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific commercial outcome from a tour. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use TourCast means you accept the updated terms.
