Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged — there is nothing to refund.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will re-render it at no cost. If the re-render still doesn't work for the listing, we refund that tour in full.

Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and have not used any credits in that period, contact us and we will refund the renewal.

A tour that fails to render never consumes a credit. If a credit was deducted, it is returned automatically.

Use the support page with your account email and the property address. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
