What we collect
Account data. Your name, email address and agency name, provided when you sign up or through Google or Apple sign-in. Apple's Hide My Email is supported — we never need your real address.
Listing content. The property photos you upload, the property address and headline you enter, and the tour videos we produce from them.
Billing data. Subscription status and plan. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach TourCast servers.
How we use it
To produce your tours, deliver them to you, keep your subscription and tour credits in sync, and send service email such as "your tour is ready". We do not sell your data, and we do not use your listing photos to advertise to third parties.
Who can see your tours
Tours are private to your account by default. A tour becomes publicly viewable only when you switch on its share link, and only while that link is switched on. You can turn sharing off at any time from your dashboard.
Storage and retention
Photos and videos are stored in a private cloud bucket that only your account can read. We keep your content while your account is open. Delete a tour and its photos and video go with it; delete your account and everything is removed.
Service providers
We use a cloud database and storage provider for hosting, a payment provider for billing, and an email provider for service messages. Each processes data only to deliver their part of TourCast.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard — no email required. That permanently removes your profile, tours, uploaded photos and rendered videos. Billing records may be retained where tax law requires it.
